Victoria Taylor is licensed to practice law in Minnesota. She concentrates mainly in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning. However, Victoria has expanded her field of practice to Criminal Law and Bankruptcy. Victoria is also a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and is an experienced mediator both in family and civil matters.

Victoria graduated from Hamline University, Summa Cum Laude, in 2006, with a Bachelor of Arts in American History, a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate. She received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, in May 2010.

As an Attorney and Mediator, Victoria brings a unique perspective in working with clients during tough times. Although not legally blonde, Victoria is in fact a hairdresser turned lawyer. Prior to entering the legal world, she was a hairdresser and make-up artist in St. Paul, Minnesota since 1989.

Before forming Cornerstone Family Law, Victoria was a volunteer Paralegal and Law Clerk for Twin Cities Christian Legal Aid, a volunteer Civil Mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center and a Guardian ad Litem in Ramsey County.

Victoria has a heart for serving people in crisis and providing affordable legal services. She continues as a volunteer attorney at Twin Cities Christian Legal Aid, Minnesota Veterans Legal Assistance (MNVLA)and the Military Assistance Council for Veterans (MAC-V) providing limited representation and advice to people in need.
Virgil Bradley is a fourteen year combat veteran of the U.S. Military and focuses primarily on veterans legal issues. However, he does not limit his practice to veterans. Virgil also has experience in the appellate courts, mostly with criminal appeals, as well as divorce, business law, intellectual property law, and contract law.

Virgil's appellate experience includes appeals to the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. His appeals have included DUI's, habeas corpus, and homicide.

Virgil graduated from the University of Phoenix, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and has an education in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Navy. In addition to the military, he has eight years of experience in law enforcement and more than a decade in small businesses.

Virgil graduated Cum Laude from William Mitchell College of Law with a Juris Doctor in May 2011. Virgil is also a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and mediator in family law matters.

In his commitment to veterans, Virgil was one of the founders of Minnesota Veterans Legal Assistance (MNVLA). MNVLA is a non profit organization that finds low cost or pro bono legal services for veterans. Virgil also volunteers his time at Military Assistance Council for Veterans (MAC-V) and Legal Assistance for Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP).

As an attorney, Virgil's focus is to provide quality, affordable legal services to people with low and moderate income.



Staci McCormick is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota. Her main area of focus is criminal law. She also has experience in the appellate court system working with criminal appeals and criminal defense. Other areas of practice include veteran's legal issues, immigration law, family law and wrongful convictions.

Staci graduated from Tiffin University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to beginning law school, Staci was a probation officer in Palm Beach County, Florida. As a probation officer she was an advocate for restorative justice, treatment programs and helping clients overcome their past legal issues so they could reach future goals.

Staci received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in May 2011. She has worked closely with the Office of the Minnesota State Public Defender on Minnesota and U.S. Supreme Court appeals. She has also worked with various county prosecutors and public defenders.

Staci was also a founder of Minnesota Veterans Legal Assistance (MNVLA). Additionally, she volunteers with Military Assistance Council for Veterans (MAC-V) and Legal Assistance for Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP).

Staci currently owns and assists in the operation of Mr. Pig Stuff in Shakopee MN. Mr. Pigstuff is one of the best bar-b-q joints in the twin cities. In doing so, Staci has a unique knowledge of the challenges an individual faces in starting and maintaining a small business in Minnesota.
